    Biography

    What I Do
My philosophy of care is to utilize a holistic and solution-focused approach when working with individuals and their families. My goal is to support individuals by meeting them where they are and utilizing a collaborative approach to overall health and wellness alongside their primary care providers. My clinical interests include perinatal mental health, maternal mental health, early childhood development and caregiver-child dyad/family systems.

    Getting to Know Me
I am very passionate about giving back to rural communities to ensure accessibility and appropriate services are available to everyone. I am very passionate about this because I grew up in a rural community. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, spending time in nature, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.
