    Biography
I went into the counseling field to help others. I believe that people have untapped strengths and can struggle to have an objective perspective on their abilities and their difficulties. Therapy is a source of support that helps individuals foster insight into their unique situation to help them make the changes necessary to improve their mental health and their overall quality of life. I have experience working with children and adolescents and their families and truly enjoy working with all ages. I have had the opportunity to complete various training courses and receive consultation in multiple trauma therapy modalities which has helped equip me for working with various populations.
