    Biography

    What I Do
Pediatrics has always interested me because of the resiliency of pediatric patients, being able to care for patients through such a crucial time of growth and development and the pure innocence of how they see the world and interact during visits.

I chose Sports Medicine in addition to my Pediatric training. Having been an athlete myself who still loves sports, I saw the importance of high-quality care at the level of the pediatric athlete to keep them playing the sports they love, providing guidance for both preventive and long-term health and returning athletes to the game when appropriate. My special clinical interests include the care of the pediatric athlete and care of the female athlete.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy running and flying since my dad and both brothers are pilots. I am a sports fan and I enjoy watching the Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Blackhawks and Iowa Hawkeyes.
