  What I Do
  My philosophy of care is to build successful outcomes on a foundation of compassion, trust and respect. This includes appreciating self-awareness/knowledge, engaging wholeheartedly in the process of counseling and tailoring our work to accomplish goals. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment, identity, relationships as well as binge eating disorders and bariatric assessments.
