    Biography

    What I Do
I work with patients to ensure they have an active role in their treatment plans and give them the tools and space to advocate for their health. I strive to provide patients with an understanding of their disease process while also giving them strategies to improve the quality of their lives, both physically and mentally.

My clinical interests include weight management, eating disorders, preventative medicine and endocrinology.

    Why I Love My Work
The most rewarding part of my job is the relationships I form with my patients. I greatly enjoy learning about their daily lives so we can work together to make individualized care plans for their specific situations. Ultimately, nothing is more rewarding than celebrating my patients’ victories, both small and large, in all aspects of their lives!

    Getting to Know Me
I grew up vacationing at my cabin in Central Minnesota. I have always enjoyed the scenery, lakes and people. I am happy to be practicing here and giving back to the community.

Outside of work, you can find me reading, laying out by the lake or sneaking in a yoga sculpt class. I enjoy spending as much time with my friends and family as I can!
