    What I Do
Developing a strong working relationship based on trust and respect is the cornerstone for good therapy. My goal is to help my patients feel comfortable talking about difficult topics to help facilitate healing and to explore appropriate coping skills. I help my patients find treatments that are a good fit for them and based on researched, validated techniques.

My clinical interests include grief/bereavement, anxiety disorders, depression, long-term management of mental health concerns, and psychological testing.

    Why I Love My Work
Good mental health is a journey and I feel honored to walk that path with my patients. I love connecting with my patients, hearing about their lived experiences, helping them find the best way to cope with the things that they have struggled with, and live their best lives.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I like to read, travel, garden, cook, bake, and spend time with my family. My love for reading led me to study English literature and medieval studies as an undergrad.
