    Biography

    Why I love my work:

The most satisfying feeling is to see patients get better, to heal from injuries or to get relief from chronic pain. The goal is to minimize pain and maximize function, and to enable patients to do what they need to do and want to do. In addition, the scientific and technical aspects of orthopedic surgery are very interesting. My background is in mechanical engineering, and orthopedic surgery involves an array of tools and implants with continuously developing technology, which is an exciting part of the field.

    Getting to know me:

My fiancée and I enjoy getting outside and exploring all that central Minnesota has to offer, whether hiking, biking, boating, or skiing. We like travelling and catching up with our many family members.
