    Biography

    What I Do
I strive to deliver comprehensive care that reflects the needs, values, and choices of every patient using the latest therapies to improve the quality and duration of life of every single patient. My clinical interests include structural heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, and coronary artery disease. I am always open to my patients’ perspectives about their care and believe we can learn a lot from one another.

    Why I Love My Work
I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin where my father was a family practice physician, and I always admired the positive impact he had on so many in the community. Cardiology allows me to develop life-long relationships with patients and help them to achieve their health goals.

I joined CentraCare because it is a nationally recognized cardiovascular care center in the Midwest, where I call home.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work I enjoy biking on road and mountain trails, skiing, scuba diving, all Wisconsin sports (go Packers!) and working in the backyard. I am my happiest when outdoors, being active with my family. An interesting fact about me is that my mother’s family name is Foster. I am named after Stephen Foster, composer of “Camptown Races.”
