    Biography

    What I Do
My philosophy of care is that improved health is achieved when there is a merge of each patient’s goals of care and evidence-based surgical treatment. I believe it is my duty to educate patients on their surgical options. As a General Surgeon, I can treat a broad variety of conditions and deliver high quality surgical care. My special clinical interests include the breadth of General Surgery, but of special interest to me are gallbladder surgery, hernias, colon surgery, and gastroesophageal reflux disease. I particularly enjoy the minimally invasive treatment options for these conditions (i.e., laparoscopic and robotic surgery).

    Why I Love My Work
I always had a desire to improve the lives of my fellow human beings. That is why I enjoy seeing patients have improvements in quality of life after surgery.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy upland game hunting, cycling, scuba diving and history.
