St. Benedict’s Community Capital Campaign
Enhance our residents’ physical, emotional and social well-being
Home means something different to everyone. It isn’t just a place to live. Every day, we hear from our residents and their families that they feel well cared for. This project will enhance their living and community spaces to better match the quality of care for which St. Benedict’s Community is known.
Gifts will be used to add a four-season porch on each floor that will provide an abundance of natural light for our residents. In addition, plans for the first floor will expand living spaces, dining spaces and remodel common spaces to create a friendly, inviting atmosphere for social, recreation and wellness activities. This project will be financed entirely through philanthropy.
The Transformation
Phase 1: Complete
- Created 27 private, long-term care suites on third floor
- Provide leading-edge therapies and successfully manage complex medical issues such as wound care, pain management and dialysis

Phase 2: Opening the door to nature
- Four-season porches on all floors to be enjoyed year round
- An abundance of natural light will provide a setting that is not only beautiful but inspiring

- Expand living spaces, dining spaces and remodel common spaces
