Schedule an Appointment: COVID Vaccination

Online vaccination scheduling is available for Minnesotans ages 18+ at our South Point (St. Cloud) vaccine clinic location. You can use the online scheduling tool to schedule your first or third (booster) dose of the COVID vaccine.

Anyone 12 and older also may be seen without an appointment. Located at 3001 Clearwater Road, South Point walk-in times are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. A parent or guardian must provide consent for vaccination of minors.

Note: People ages 5 to 18 can only receive the Pfizer vaccine. This vaccine is available at the South Point (St. Cloud) location.

We have COVID-19 vaccines available at our CentraCare and Carris primary care clinic locations. Please call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200 to schedule an appointment for your COVID-19 vaccination at a location convenient for you.
