Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnut halves, unsalted
  • 1 cup pistachios, unsalted
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 egg whites, beaten with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup almonds, unsalted
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup Splenda Blend
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves

Directions

After beating the egg whites with water, add walnuts, pecans and pistachios and stir to coat well. Combine Splenda Blend and spices and add to nuts. Stir well so that the Splenda Blend clings to the nuts. Spray nonstick coating in a jelly roll pan and put nuts on the pan, spreading thinly.

Bake in 250-275 degree oven for 30 minutes. Stir several times while they bake. Cool. Add almonds, cranberries and cherries. Store in tight container.

Yield: 24 servings (1/4 cup = 1 serving)
