Pumpkin Pie (No Crust)

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (16-ounce) can of pumpkin
  • 1 cup milk


  • Beat the eggs with a fork
  • Add the sugar, ginger, and cinnamon to the beaten eggs
  • Add the pumpkin to the egg mixture
  • Blend in the milk
  • Pour into a 10-inch sprayed pie pan
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes (or until firm)
