  • 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup celery, diced
  • 1/3 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup dried craisins
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds


  1. Dice cooked chicken breast place in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in Greek yogurt until all the chicken is coated evenly.
  3. Add celery, onion, Craisins, and almonds to the bowl and mix in.
  4. Enjoy immediately; store remaining chicken salad in fridge.
