Chicken or Steak Fajitas

  • 2 flank steaks or 2 chicken breasts cut in strips
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 to 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green or orange)
  • 1 container cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 package of fajita seasoning
  • 1 package of wheat tortillas


  1. Mix the steak and fajita seasoning in a re-sealable plastic bag and let set overnight.
  2. Heat grill to 350°F to 400°F.
  3. In an aluminum pan, add vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. When veggies are close to done (about 10 to 15 minutes or so), add the meat to another aluminum pan on the grill and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  5. Heat tortillas for about 30 seconds when the meat and vegetables are done.
  6. Fill tortillas with meat and vegetables.
