Chicken Asparagus Tenderloins

  1. Take chicken tenderloins and slice lengthwise not all the way through. Place 1 spear of asparagus in center and cover with chicken flap.
  2. Wrap one slice of bacon around tenderloin.
  3. Place in pan and fry in air fryer at 375°F for 10 minutes, turn and fry for 10 minutes more. Breast temp should be at 165°F and bacon a light brown. Time and temp may vary with different brands of air fryers.
