At CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital Clara's House, children and adolescents receive care for mental health and/or chemical dependency in a healing, nurturing, and safe atmosphere. Clara’s House is a place to find hope.

We provide intensive, collaborative, therapeutic services supporting youth and their families.

Patient-centered services are provided for ages 5-18 based on referral needs, assessment, and therapy plan. Physicians, providers and interdisciplinary staff put the patient and family at the center of care.

    • The goal of this program is to offer additional support and bolster long-term success by providing specialized services for youth and families as they transition from CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital Clara's House. Currently, the main focus of Continuing Care is to provide parents with the tools needed to be successful with meeting the needs of their children.
