When you have an idea of what is wrong and you do not want to travel for care, consider CentraCare’s online eClinic. eClinic clinicians diagnose, recommend treatment and prescribe medication for you and your children age 2 or older for a number of common illnesses including:

Virtual Urgent Care

CentraCare's Virtual Urgent Care allows you to participate in a video call with a trusted CentraCare clinician from the comfort of your home. Our clinicians can treat many non-emergency illnesses including:

  • Cough, runny or stuffy nose
  • Flu
  • Sinus pain
  • Rashes
  • Sore Throat

Same-day virtual appointments are available Monday though Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional evening appointments may be available until 8 p.m. Get started now.

Urgent Care

When you are not feeling well, but your local CentraCare Clinic is closed, Urgent Care may be the right place for care. Open nights and weekends, many non-emergency illnesses and injuries can be cared for at Urgent Care, including:

Emergency Care

The Emergency Department is open 24/7 to care for life-threatening or serious injury and illness. You should be evaluated for any of the following symptoms or injuries:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Chest pain
  • Severe burn or bleeding
  • Crushing intense headache
  • Open wounds
  • Sudden face or arm weakness
  • Severe head injury
