Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a clinic-based or virtual appointment with a specially trained pharmacist that aims to help you get the most out of your medications and help you to meet your health care goals. The pharmacist will help you understand why you are taking each of your medicines, understand how the medicines work, ensure safety to avoid drug interactions and find the best ways for you to take your medications. The MTM pharmacist also will address any concerns you may have about the cost and management of your medication.
