Primary Care Video Visits

Primary Care Video Visits provide convenient access to the care you need. Same day appointments are often available. To schedule a video visit, call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200.

Convenience and Affordability

Virtual Urgent Care offers a convenient and a more affordable option for urgent, non-emergent conditions. As with all health care appointments, your virtual urgent care visit will be billed to your insurance. Co-pays are due at the time of your visit and most health insurance plans are accepted. Those without insurance are welcome.

  1. A Virtual Urgent Care visit requires a device with a camera, speakers, microphone and access to the internet as well as an active MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, sign up today!
  2. Schedule a same-day Virtual Urgent Care appointment. If an appointment is not available for today, try our eClinic which is available 24/7.
  3. Visit your MyChart Upcoming Visits page to test your device, confirm your appointment and complete your eCheck-in.
  4. Connect to your Virtual Urgent Care visit up to thirty minutes before your video visit start time. The option to connect will be available on your MyChart’s Visits page.
