Virtual Care for Common Illnesses, Injuries and Conditions

When you have an urgent, same day need and you can’t get in to see your primary care provider, or it’s after clinic hours, skip the drive and waiting room and get convenient care from anywhere.

Virtual Urgent Care and eClinic visits are recommended for many common conditions including:

Virtual Care for Everyday Well-Being

Video visits with your primary care provider are available during regular clinic hours and cost the same as an in-person visit but with the flexibility of getting care from where it works best for you.

Primary Care video visits are recommended for:

• Common acute needs like cold, rash, upper respiratory infections, and minor injuries
• Mental Health: Anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD
• Birth control consults
• Medication follow up
• Management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
• Tobacco Cessation

Video visits are not available for well-child exams, adult physicals and conditions that require a physical exam.
