CentraCare Foundation Holly Ball 2021 Gala Fundraiser: All-virtual Event

Published in Media Releases Author: CentraCare

After careful consideration, CentraCare Foundation has decided its annual gala fundraiser, Holly Ball, will not be in-person this year. Please watch this important message from President & CEO Ken Holmen, MD.

CentraCare continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation locally and is aware of the impact the virus is having on our community members and employees. Therefore, Holly Ball 2021 will be an all-virtual event on Saturday, Dec. 4.

This year’s theme is Holly Ball: A Celebration of Music. Holly Ball continues to provide support to CentraCare patients and families, while uniting our community in an evening of celebration, storytelling and entertainment. Learn more about how Holly Ball funds help patients and families.

Holly Ball benefits CentraCare Hospice, Cancer Care and the Central Minnesota Child Advocacy Center’s Greatest Needs Funds. Money raised at Holly Ball supplements additional programs and services not covered by insurance, including:

  • Art therapy and home delivered meals for CentraCare Hospice patients
  • Yoga classes for cancer patients at the Coborn Healing Center
  • Comprehensive medical examinations at the Central Minnesota Child Advocacy Center

About Holly Ball
CentraCare Foundation’s Holly Ball has raised more than $11 million over the past 46 years for the greatest patient needs for CentraCare Hospice and the Coborn Cancer Center, as well as the Central Minnesota Child Advocacy Center. These funds provide the little extras not covered by insurance but enrich the quality of life for our patients and their families.
