As a Nursing Assistant, you'll improve residents' quality of life by providing direct care. This includes bathing, feeding, transporting and performing other direct care needs. You'll also observe and chart changes in your patients' physical and/or mental condition.

The variety of work settings for Nursing Assistants at CentraCare is endless. Nursing Assistants who work in long-term care settings are required to have their certification. CentraCare has paid training that teaches new Nursing Assistants the skills they need to achieve their certification.
