COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information for You and Your Family
Testing
The option to schedule COVID-19 testing appointments at CentraCare sites ended May 11, 2023.
If you may have been exposed or suspect you have COVID-19, but do not need immediate care, we recommend self-testing. At-home COVID-19 tests can be found at many local pharmacies, or you can order free tests through the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) or COVID.gov while supplies last. You may also consider scheduling a COVID-19 test at another site in your community.
If you are a CentraCare employee and you are experiencing symptoms, have been directly exposed to COVID-19 or you've tested positive for COVID-19, please call Employee Health Services at 320-255-5634 before coming on site.
Vaccine
CentraCare encourages all Minnesotans to get a vaccine against COVID-19. The COVID-19 vaccine is available for all patients ages 6 months and older.
To schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine:
- Call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200 to schedule an appointment at MOST CentraCare locations.
- Receive the vaccine during a primary care clinic visit.
We encourage you to visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) for additional answers to vaccine and COVID-19 questions.
