COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information for You and Your Family

Since the first COVID-19 patient in March 2020 to today, CentraCare has served the needs of our community during this historic pandemic. We will continue to provide our patients with the below resources because, at CentraCare, your health means everything.

Testing

Online scheduling is available for COVID-19 testing appointments at our CentraCare sites. You may also call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200 to schedule an appointment.

If you may have been exposed or suspect you have COVID-19, but do not need immediate care, please consider scheduling a COVID-19 test online or visiting another site in your community. At-home COVID tests can also be found at many local pharmacies.

Vaccine

CentraCare encourages all Minnesotans to get a vaccine against COVID-19. The primary COVID-19 vaccine is available for all patients ages 6 months and older. Booster doses are available for anyone ages 5 and older.

To schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine or booster:

  • Call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200 to schedule an appointment at MOST CentraCare locations.
  • Call the below numbers for appointments at Willmar Main and New London Clinic CentraCare locations:
    • Willmar Main: 320-231-5000, ext. 48600
    • New London: 320-354-2222
  • Receive the vaccine during a primary care clinic visit

Visitor Policy

CentraCare is committed to protecting the health and safety of our patients, staff and visitors. Visitor recommendations are in place at our hospitals and clinics. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to have visitor guidelines at our hospitals and clinics.

Visiting hours are from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for inpatient settings and normal business hours for outpatient settings. Some exceptions apply. Talk to your care team for special circumstances.

Visitors must be healthy, not having any symptoms of COVID-19, positive COVID-19 test in previous 10 days or known close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 in previous 10 days. Visitors will be screened prior to appointments and/or when entering our facilities.
