In addition to the care provided by CentraCare Heart & Vascular team members, the outreach nurses, cardiac rehab therapists and imaging teams from Monticello will continue to support your care locally. If you need additional care, such as heart surgery, we'll work together to provide seamless care from your local site to St. Cloud.
Construction Update! MnDOT is resurfacing and updating the Hwy 25 bridge over the Mississippi River in Monticello. It is expected that the road will be reduced to single lanes in both directions until late October. During this time, please plan additional travel time when leaving for appointments, as there will be traffic delays. Learn more.
Most appointments require a referral. Referral staff members will assist patients and arrange for the most convenient, close-to-home locations.
