When experiencing grief, it is essential to have resources and support from other people. Just as the grief process is unique for each person, who and what the person finds helpful in dealing with grief is also unique. Some sources of support might be family and friends, faith, support groups or a therapist or grief counselor.

Virtual CentraCare Hospice Remembrance Service
We hope that you will find this service to be of support for you and others you love who are grieving. Through this video link, you will be joining others who also are remembering their loved ones who have passed before us. During the service, you will be given the opportunity to place an ornament on a tree, give voice to your feelings, and/or to light a candle in remembrance. You are welcome to share in these remembrance rituals or choose a different ritual that brings you comfort. We hope that you will find hope and healing in its message. The CentraCare Hospice team wishes you blessings of the season and we pray that the love of family and friends surround you with peace and comfort.
