At CentraCare – Washburne Court, you will experience a strong sense of community living along with the independence of living in your own private apartment. Our facility features beautiful outdoor landscaping and gazebo, yet it’s just a few blocks from convenient downtown shopping and restaurants.

A part of the Paynesville community since 2002, CentraCare – Washburne Court provides a great living alternative after senior living or home ownership. Paynesville offers many retail and professional services, a public library, churches of several denominations along with Lake Koronis which is well-known for it’s year around recreation and beauty.

Spacious and tastefully decorated, our building has numerous amenities inside and out, including:

We have 24 living units, including four two-room suites, ranging in size from 221 to 442 square feet. Each unit has room for a bed, living area and kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. Each unit also has a half-bath with a sink and a toilet, larger suites have walk-in showers.

Included in the monthly rent are:

  • Unlimited coffee and tea
  • Emergency call system
  • Utilities (except telephone)
  • Cable TV
  • 24-hour supervision

Our weekly and monthly calendar offers many opportunities to keep busy. Group games, indoor activities and visiting groups help to entertain our tenants and provide a positive social atmosphere. Outdoor activities include fishing and boating, breakfast outings and van rides in the countryside. A good day of fishing on the pontoon means a delicious fish fry for supper! CentraCare – Washburne Court hosts many seasonal and community events and has a strong connection to area schools and church groups.

Additional Services

Our staff prides itself on providing superior service and personal care to each tenant. The beauty of the assisted living concept is each tenant receives the appropriate amount of assistance needed to maximize his or her independence. The following health and personal care services are available for an additional fee:

  • Medication monitoring, administration and on-site delivery
  • Three meals per day are available
  • Limited dressing and bathing assistance
  • Beauty / barber shop
  • Housekeeping
  • Transportation / shopping assistance
  • Laundry services
  • Financial / business assistance
  • Protestant and Catholic services

Home health care is available as a follow-up to a hospitalization, illness or if you need extra assistance. A registered nurse, physical therapist, home health aide and/ or other hospital staff will visit you regularly to provide treatment, health checkups, and to assess your progress and well-being.

All tenants use a wireless call system on site.
