Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Mix honey and yogurt.

  2. Stir in blueberries and almonds.

  3. Place mixture on silicone tray or by the spoonful on a tray to freeze.

  4. Freeze for two hours or until solid.
