Fruit Cubes


  • 1 cup heated diet soda (not boiling)
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup cold diet soda
  • 1 packet Vanilla, Strawberry or Pineapple Apricot Beverage Meal Replacement


  1. Add heated soda to gelatin and stir with wire whisk until gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Pour gelatin mixture into blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend on low speed until well mixed (about 2-3 seconds).
  3. Chill in refrigerator until set. Stir several times during chilling to prevent foam and separation of liquid.
  4. Eat all cubes as one serving.
