Hummus Dip


  • 30 oz. can of low-sodium garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. dried parsley


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve as dip for veggies slices or sticks.
