Strawberry Gelatin


  • 5 oz. boiling water
  • 1½ tsp. (½ of 0.3-oz packet) Jell-O sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 5 oz cold sugar-free strawberry diet soda
  • 1 packet Vanilla Beverage Meal Replacement


  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour into several small or one large serving dish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1½ hours or until set.
