Dear Friends and Neighbors,

CentraCare care givers have been working around the clock for more than 20 months to care for you, your families and friends during COVID. We are committed to caring for every Minnesotan who needs us, and nothing will prevent us from doing so – even during these never-seen-before times.

The challenge of providing this level of care is that our hospital beds are often full. ERs in all of our hospitals are packed. And our clinical teams are exhausted. Early in the pandemic, our community stepped up in amazing ways to help us. We ask that you again join us in fighting this pandemic together.

How can you help?

  • Please get your COVID vaccines and booster shots. They are proven safe and effective in reducing COVID illness, keeping people out of the hospital, and preventing death.
  • If your situation is not an emergency, please use other care options, including:
  • If this is a medical emergency, call 9-1-1, or visit the ER.

Together, we can do this. Thank you for your support.

President and CEO

Welcome Back!

If it’s time to refocus on you, please know that we are here and ready. Infection control has always been a top priority for us. We follow all safety protocols set by CentraCare. Below are some these protocols as well as new ones that can help you feel confident in coming back to a safe and healthy environment.

  • Washing hands thoroughly before and after all contact with patients, as well as providing hand hygiene stations for patient use.
  • Changing all linens, including the top blanket, after every acupuncture or massage session.
  • Sanitizing all surfaces in patient rooms that have potential for patient contact after every treatment.
  • Utilizing single use items to combat contamination, including disposable face cradle covers, individual massage product containers, sealed acupuncture needles and disposable pillowcases.
  • Wearing of face masks by both providers and patients. We ask patients to bring a face mask. If you don't have one, we will provide one.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your upcoming visit, or our infection control policies, please call us.

Stay safe and we’ll see you soon!
